What the line does
This is the general-purpose configuration that most BOHAN customers start with. Material is loaded onto a conveyor and metered into a crusher, which reduces it to flake. The flake then passes through a friction washer and one or more rinsing pools, where soil, oil, labels and light contamination are removed. Separation equipment polishes the stream, and a high-speed dryer removes surface moisture before the finished flake is conveyed out.
Continuous flow
The stages are sized against each other so material moves through without accumulating anywhere. This matters more than the headline capacity of any individual machine: a line is only as fast as its slowest stage, and a washer that outruns its dryer simply moves the bottleneck rather than removing it.
Adapting to the material
The basic sequence stays the same, but the equipment at each stage changes with the feed. Film needs a different crusher from rigid pipe; heavily soiled agricultural material needs a soaking tank ahead of the friction washer that clean industrial scrap does not; bottle recycling needs a label remover that other streams do not.
