Buying a machine is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Our support covers the whole life of the equipment — from site planning before the order to spare parts years after it.
Before the order
- Free line planning. Send us your site dimensions, daily output target and material type, and we will lay out a proposed line and equipment list.
- Equipment selection. We recommend the models that fit your throughput rather than the largest we can sell you.
- Custom configuration. Non-standard layouts, capacities and material handling are quoted as normal work, not as exceptions.
During production
- Build updates. Photographs and video during fabrication so you can see the machine being made.
- Pre-shipment run. Machines are assembled and run before packing.
- Documentation. Layout drawings, wiring diagrams, operation manuals and packing lists are supplied with the shipment.
After delivery
- Installation guidance. Layout drawings and remote support for your own engineers during installation.
- Commissioning. Start-up support to get the line running on your material and to train your operators.
- Operator training. Instruction on running the line safely, changing blades, and adjusting wash stages.
How to get a useful quotation quickly
Send us four things and we can usually come back with a real proposal:
- The polymer and the form it arrives in — film, bottle, pipe, crate, lump, woven bag
- How contaminated it is, and whether it has been washed before
- The throughput you need, in kg per hour
- What you need to sell at the end — washed flake, dried regrind, or agglomerate
