Shunping County Bohan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. designs and builds equipment for plastics recovery — from a single crusher to a complete crushing, washing and dewatering line.
Who we are
BOHAN is a specialist manufacturer of plastics processing machinery based in Shunping County, Baoding, Hebei Province. The company was established in 2019 and works in one field only: the equipment used to turn post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste back into a clean, sellable raw material.
We handle the whole chain ourselves — design, fabrication, assembly, commissioning and after-sales support. Because the machines are built in our own plant rather than assembled from bought-in modules, a specification can be changed at the source when a customer’s material turns out to behave differently than expected.
What we make
Our core product is the complete plastic crushing and washing line: feeding, crushing, friction washing, rinsing and separation, dewatering and discharge, delivered as one coordinated system. Alongside the lines we manufacture every unit in the chain as a standalone machine, so a customer can start with one piece of equipment and add to it later.
- Crushing — plastic crushers sized for pipe, crate, film, bottle and lump stock
- Washing and rinsing — rinsing pools for removing soil, oil, labels and residue
- Separation — air separators for raising flake purity
- Conveying and feeding — belt conveyors and material elevators
- Dewatering and drying — high-speed dryers
Materials we work with
Our equipment is specified around the material rather than the other way round. Typical inputs include PET bottles, PE film, woven bags, plastic pipe and sheet, crates, and industrial production scrap. The right rotor, screen, tank length and throughput follow from the polymer, the form and the contamination level — which is why we ask for those three things before quoting.
How we work
Every project starts with the material and the target output. We plan the line layout, size the equipment against the required throughput, and build it as a system so that no single machine becomes the bottleneck. Customers are kept informed through fabrication with photographs and video, and machines are run before shipment.
